The Monday Update

Thank you to everyone who helped us raise money for WHAS Crusade last week. We were able to collect close to $900! Mr. Carden, Ms. Middleton, and Mrs. Strong are the lucky teachers who will be SLIMED at the end-of-year carnival.


We hope to see you at the State of Summit presentation tomorrow night at 7:30 p.m.


Summit Idol have many contestants this year and a variety of acts! Don't miss our students showcasing their talent at this year's Summit Idol!

Summer Programs will be offering a half-day Summer Camp this summer for rising K - 3 

students as well as Summer Tutoring for rising K - 9. Please direct any inquiries to Rebecca Hoffmann. More information to come.

If you would like to purchase portraits of your 8th grade student and have not already turned in your order form, be sure to do so by this Wednesday, May 13. Extra order forms are available at the front desk.

This Tuesday, we invite you to learn more about some of the upgrades and changes on the horizon at Summit, such as:  


> Implementation of a new tuition payment system 

> Update on the Summit Academy High School

> Making a counselor available for students


To learn more about these and other topics, please join us for our "State of Summit" meeting: Tuesday, May 12, at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium.


Teacher Appreciation you to the PTO members who provided a beautiful dessert spread for our staff last week! This week they are providing breakfast on Tuesday, May 12. If you would like to bring in a breakfast dish, please contact Kristen Hudson.


Fitness Club, May 18: This will be the LAST club meeting & will be a Water Fun day! Students will need to bring swim suits, water shoes (any shoes that can get wet), towels, water toys... No need to RSVP since this will be during our regular club hours.
