2008/2009 School Year Forms (all the stuff you need for the new year)

Dear Summit Parents:

By now, you should have received a letter from Mrs. Thornton. This letter includes the new parent user name and password to access confidential information on our website. The mailing also includes a number of forms that ALL PARENTS must fill out and return to school on or before Orientation Day. The following items were sent to you in hard copy, but you can click on the links below if you need another.

All other forms usually included in a "Parent Packet" are listed here. Since all parents do not need all the forms, this will save an enormous amount of wasted paper and postage. (We're Going Green after all - ) You can download and print the forms if you need them, or pick them up on Orientation Day.
